What does my ticket entry include?

All tickets are general admission and get you access to the breathtaking view of more than 3 million lights with 10 fantastic themed areas, numerous vendors, and visits with Santa Claus!*

*NOTE: Additional charge for photos with Santa. Santa will be available for photos through Friday, December 23rd.

 

Is there a carnival?

The carnival will be back this year, hosting a total of 12 amazing rides! Fans may purchase individual carnival tickets at the carnival or all-access wristbands online, which allow unlimited access to carnival rides for that night. All-access wristbands may be purchased online by selecting the "SLHL Carnival" option in your Cart when purchasing tickets.

The carnival will be operational at Holiday Lights from Nov 18th – Jan 1st.

What are the height requirements to ride the carnival rides?

Height requirements vary from 32" - 48” depending on the ride.

Where can I buy carnival tickets or wristbands?

Individual carnival tickets may be purchased in-person at the designated carnival booths. All-access carnival wristbands may be purchased online by selecting the "SLHL Carnival" option in your Cart when purchasing tickets.


Is there food available?

Yes! A wide variety of carnival food choices will be available, as well as holiday-themed drinks and concessions throughout the concourse. 


Can I walk around more than once?

Yes! Once you're inside, you may stay as long as you'd like!

 

What are the hours of the event?

Sunday - Thursday 
6 p.m. - 9 p.m.  (last entry @ 8:30 p.m.)

Friday - Saturday
6 p.m. - 10 p.m.  (last entry @ 9:30 p.m.)

Holidays 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.

 

Can I buy tickets online?

Mobile ticketing has been implemented for all events. Fans are encouraged to purchase online and in advance of event date for ease of entry and to save on day of event pricing. Our Regions Bank Ticket Office at Constellation Field is available to accommodate any ticketing issues and will be open for in-person purchases on day of event. 

 

Can I buy a ticket at the box office?

Fans are encouraged to purchase online and in advance of event date for ease of entry and to save on day of event pricing; however, the Regions Bank Ticket Office will be open for in-person purchases on day of event.

NOTE: All ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.

What is the rain policy?

In the event that an event is canceled due to inclement weather, we will immediately update our website and social media as soon as we have information. Weather can change quickly, so be sure and stay tuned to these channels for any and all updates! If no further updates are posted, no further changes to event time have been made.

Certain areas of the stadium may remain closed due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which areas will be closed or which areas remain open is not possible because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different areas. The Sugar Land Space Cowboys make every effort to reopen the entire ballpark as quickly and safely as possible.

In the event that the event is officially cancelled, you will be able to exchange your ticket to any remaining 2022 Sugar Land Holiday Lights date (based on availability, no refunds will be issued). In order to do this, simply hold on to your ticket and bring it to the Regions Bank Ticket Office when you have picked out a new date.

Will Santa be there?

Yes! Santa will be available every night through December 23rd.

 

Can I bring in strollers or wheelchairs?

Yes, we allow both.

 

Is there a discount for military, seniors, or large groups?

Yes, military receive a $2 ticket discount on all nights (with proof of military ID in our ticket office) and seniors are discounted on select Tuesdays. Large group pricing (15+) is offered every night (prices vary). Full promotional schedule and further information can be found on our site HERE or by hitting the 'Tickets' tab.

 

How do you become a vendor?

Complete this application and send it in with payment. Registration form and payment must be received by November 14th. VENDOR APPLICATION

Is there a charge for parking?

No, parking is FREE!

Is there assigned seating?

All tickets are general admission. We do have several areas around the ballpark for guests to sit down, relax and enjoy the show.
