What does my ticket entry include?

All tickets are general admission and get you access to the breathtaking view of more than 3 million lights with 8 fantastic themed areas, vendors to shop from, and visits with Santa makes SLHL a must visit every year with friends and family!

Is there a Carnival?

The carnival will be back this year and bigger than ever hosting a minimum of 12 rides! You can purchase individual tickets or purchase all access wristbands that let you ride all the rides as many times as you wish!

The carnival will be operations at Holiday Lights from Nov 19th – Jan 2nd.  

Carnival will NOT be operational Jan 3rd 2022 – Jan 9th 2022

What are the height requirements to ride the carnival rides?

Height requirements varies from 32-48” depending on the ride.

Where can I buy carnival tickets or wristbands?

You can purchase an all access carnival wristband online through the ticket system or you can purchase the wristband or individual tickets in person by the carnival rides at the carnival booths.

Is there food?

Yes. We have various carnival food choices to pick from.

Can I walk around more than once?

Yes, once you are inside, you can stay as long as you want!


What are the hours of the event?

Sunday - Thursday 
6 p.m. - 9 p.m.  (last entry @ 8:30 p.m.)

Friday - Saturday
6 p.m. - 10 p.m.  (last entry @ 9:30 p.m.)

Holidays 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.


Can I buy a ticket online?

Mobile ticketing has been implemented for all Events. Our Regions Ticket Office at Constellation Field is available to accommodate any ticketing issues, but all ticket purchases will be conducted online. Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance for ease of entry and to save on day of event pricing.



Can I buy a ticket at the box office?

No, the Box Office will be operational but only for ticket issues or questions not purchases.

Will Santa be there each night?

Yes. Due to Covid - 19 Santa will be placed behind plexiglass for his and your protection. A photo will still happen as we have created a wonderful safe bench where families can enjoy a chat with Santa and a beautiful picture. Santa's last night at Holiday Lights will be Dec 23rd.


Can I bring in strollers or wheelchairs?

Yes, we allow both.


Is there a discount for Military, Seniors, or Large Groups?

Yes, Military and Seniors are discounted on select Tuesdays. Large group pricing (15+) is offered every night (Prices vary)


How do you become a vendor?

Complete this application and send it in with payment. Registration form and payment must be received by November 10th.



What precautions are being taken for the health and safety of attendees and staff?

Masks are optional and hand sanitizers are available throughout the event
